Friends!! I’ve missed you. I was down & out BAD this month w a stomach flu (like am I a 5 yr old getting a tummy bug??) so I have a lot to catch you up on — so much so I’m going to skip my MILK highlights and jump right into the biggies !!

• okay I swear I have an interesting life that a pair of Dansko clogs with herbs on them made my life highlights but LOOK AT THESE beauties! & apologies, no link as they’re oldies I searched high and low for but ultimately scored them on Poshmark, I’ve seen a few pairs still available on eBay if late night bidding wars are your thing

• LOL at this pic of my sobbing face. I was a keynote speaker for an entrepreneur seminar last week and shared the good, the bad, THE UGLY of my journey starting SLM. The pic of me crying is from a remarkably heinous day in my corporate job and the one of me smiling is from when I took 3 days PTO to “pretend” to be full-time running my own business, sooo happy. Not taking a day of this journey for granted <3

• & the big one — we set our wedding date, booked our venue, invites ordered, the whole sha-bang last week!! 2024 is a big year for us — honestly, our lives got flipped upside down last year with me taking a leap of faith starting this business & we’re so excited to welcome this highly anticipated new chapter!

  I FINALLY CHOSE A DRESS (not the one pictured hehe), in the most unconventional way lol I am terrible at making decisions, dress shopping was honestly so stressful bc of it. So after months of scrolling online I found one that checked every box and I literally just ordered it without ever trying it on or seeing it in person. Dicey? yerp. But because no one was with me when I picked it I’m keeping it a surprise from my bridal party and guests until wedding day is here :)
